Order processing

Stock items are packed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Non-stocked items are packed and shipped within 3-10 business days.

Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We get backlogged during sale events and holidays which could delay the fulfillment.


How to track shipped orders

As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment you will receive a tracking email from one of our shipment companies: DHL or UPS. Please note that sometimes the tracking email ends up in the spam folder.

At this time we can't offer a faster delivery due to organizational limitations so if you are looking for faster delivery please contact any of our resellers that may offer this option


Shipment markets

We ship to the EU, Norway, UK, Switzerland, San Marino, USA & Canada. Additional costs (VAT and customs clearance fee) and delivery time may vary depending on which country the order is being shipped to.

European Union - 15 EUR
No additional taxes or fees will apply after completing the order on our website.

Norway, Switzerland, San Marino, USA, Canada - 20 EUR
Additional tax and custom fees may be asked in accordance with the legislation in each individual country. The application of taxes and fees will depend on the threshold for e-commerce import for each country, please visit your country's import VAT policy to find out more.

Return Policy

Shall you experience a problem with the product please reach out to us within 7 calendar days from receiving the order, write to us at hello@oquistcosmetics.com. We will send you a replacement or refund. Shall you change your mind regarding an order please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can stop the shipment. If the order has already been shipped out we will not be able to refund the shipment fee.
